We are fortunate to be able to celebrate around 100 baptisms each year. As a result, our churches have lots of children of all ages who attend our services. We follow Church of England practice which states that anyone who lives in the parish or who is a worshipper is welcome to be baptised or for their children to be baptised.

Baptisms take place both within and after services at both churches according to a set pattern. Prior to baptism you will need to attend one of the baptism groups run by the clergy. These take place every month and provide the opportunity to find out a bit more about baptism, what it means and how the service will be run.

Both St. Mary's and All Saints' Churches are available for weddings.

All Saints' Church has a more traditional interior, beautiful Burne-Jones and William Morris stain glass windows and is situated on the edge of Putney Common. St. Mary's has a more modern, in the round interior and is situated on the bustling high street.

In order to be eligible to marry at either All Saints' or St. Mary's you have to live within the Parish boundary.

If you are interested in booking a wedding, as a first step for St Mary's Church please contact Rob. Dickinson on bookings.admin@parishofputney.co.uk or (020 8394 6063) and for All Saints' Church please contact Carolyn Biddick on admin.allsaints@virgin.net <mailto:admin.allsaints@virgin.net>  or (07964 593879). Once we establish your eligibility to marry in the church, and that the church is free, for St Mary's Church you will be directed to our wedding co-ordinator, Sophy Jubb and to the Director of Music, Graham Hallett, and for All Saints' Church, you will be asked to arrange a meeting with the vicar, The Reverend Nicholas Biddle.
